Chidren not to be exposed to cellphones

Post-Natal Exposure to Cellphone radiation:

A study of more than 13,000 children found that pre- or post-natal exposure to cell-phone radiation was associated with behavioral issues such as emotional and hyperactivity problems.

I would think that the recommendation is that mothers of young children should not use cellphones.
